Service Technician

Eric has been using and building computers for as long as he can remember. After attending night school to expand his knowledge into Networking and Security, he began work in IT. In his free time, he still loves working with computers and spending time with friends. Growing up he wanted to be an architect, and enjoys using that same problem-solving drive to build and learn new things.

Joe Chappell

Desktop Support Engineer

Joe’s interest in computers started in 2002. At the time he was in the military, and went from working in Excel to installing Ethernet cables for entire buildings. His curiosity has led him to working in all types of areas, from AV to commercial networks. Joe lives with his wife Sarah, two foster children and two cats in Vinton, VA. He splits his spare time between spending time with them and keeping up with the constant evolution of tech. He marks his 4 years in the Marine Cop and being Honorably Discharged as his greatest accomplishment so far.

Help Desk Engineer

Chris recently moved into IT after working as a graphic designer. He received IT training from Virginia Western Community College. As owner of his own auto parts company, he gained years of experience serving customers and clients.
